After advancing to the championship game in 2021, the women's soccer team enters the GNACplayoffs as the #2 seed this season. Lasell will host the Colby-Sawyer Chargers this Saturday at 12 p.m. on Taylor Field in the quarterfinal match-up.
Lasell comes into the game with a four-game winning streak and an 11-1-1 conference record. Colby-Sawyer comes into the game with a conference record of 5-5-3.
Since 2018, the Lasers are 3-1 vs the Charges with a combined score of 15-1. In their most recent game against the Chargers, Lasell won the game 3-0 with goals scored by Brynn Foster, Bobbi O'Guin, and Serena Speight.
The leading goal scorer for the Lasers this season is Bobbi O'Guin with nine goals. Bridget O'Connell leads the Chargers with ten goals. Look for these two players to play a big role in the game Saturday. The winner of Saturday's game will advance to the semi-finals on Tuesday.
