Lasell University Athlete of the Year
This award is presented to one female and one male student-athlete who have played in at least 75% of their team’s games, while making a significant impact on their team and have been recognized by the conference or a regional or national body for excellence in athletic achievement. The recipient must have been at least a two-year member of an athletic program at Lasell University.

The Torchbearer Award
This award is given to a student-athlete in their final season of eligibility who has excelled in their respective sport(s) and in the classroom, while making a positive impact on their team and the Lasell Community. He/she embodies the definition of a student-athlete, by being a contributing member of a Lasell team for at least three years, maintaining a cumulative GPA of 3.0 and demonstrating leadership qualities on and off of the playing field. He/she is nominated by a coach, teammate, faculty/staff or other member of the Lasell community and is someone who exemplifies leadership, team spirit, and character.
