The second set saw the Lasers fall behind early, but a 5-0 run gave them an 11-9 lead. After the teams went back and forth a little bit, the Lasers grabbed control, and took the set 25-23 on a Jordan Shinaut kill. The Pride got out early in the third, and never looked back, taking it 25-15. With their backs against the wall, the Lasers answered in the fourth. They fell behind early 7-3, but remained composed, and fought back. Trailing 21-20, the Lasers ended the set on a 5-0 run, which included two Shinaut aces. In the fifth set, the Lasers fell behind early again, and with a first to 15 set, just didn't have the time to comeback.
