NEWTON, Mass. (3/7/26) – Lasell men's volleyball junior Patrick MacDonald (Floral Park, N.Y.) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Corvias Offensive Player of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.
In another perfect 2-0 week for the Lasers, MacDonald notched 22 kills, four service aces and 3 blocks for 28.5 total points. MacDonald averaged 3.67 kills per set while hitting .419 for the week. In a 3-0 sweep of Albertus, MacDonald registered seven kills, three digs, and two service aces before hitting into 15 kills in a 3-0 triumph over Rivier. MacDonald currently ranks first overall among GNAC stat leaders with 211 kills this season, and sits 5th in kills per set at 3.06.
MacDonald and the Lasell men's volleyball team will host MIT and Albertus Magnus on Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 p.m., respectively.
