A pair of Lasell Colllege men's volleyball players, Dan Raffol (Natick, Mass.) and Alex Mill (Danville, N.H.) were honored by the Great Northeast Athletic Conference coaches. Raffol was named to the All-GNAC Second team and Mill was selected to the All-GNAC Third team for their effort during the 2013 season. The duo helped lead Lasell to a 13-15 record overall and a fifth place finish in the Great Northeast Athletic COnference.
Raffol was named to the conference's second team following an impressive sophomore campaign, averaging a team-high 3.08 kills per set in 28 matches played. For the season he posted a .275 hitting percentage on his way to 299 kills. Raffol was second on the Lasers with 161 digs, while recording a team-best 22 service aces.
Mill earned all-conference third team honors for the second consecutive years as he capped an outstanding career with a very good senior season. He was second on the team in kills with 2.39 kills per set. In 28 matches Mill posted a .214 hitting percentage while tallying 220 kills. Mill finished the season ranked second on the team in service aces with 21, just one behind Raffol, and third on the team with 147 digs.
