
Nashua, NH - The Lasell Men's Soccer squad went on the road Saturday afternoon for a GNAC matchup versus Rivier University.
Lasell traveled north to New Hampshire on Saturday to face off versus Rivier. In what would prove to be a high-intensity match, the Lasers battled it out for the duration of the 90 minutes with the Raiders on the pitch.
The Raiders seized the first opportunity of the afternoon in the 31st minute as they netted a goal off some nice assist work. On the offensive, the Lasers tried to find the equalizer with midfielder Antonio Calabrese leading the way in the match with 3 total shots, all of which were on goal. The Lasers had a couple good looks in the 77th minute as they had multiple attempts on net that couldn't find its way past Raiders goalie Logan Clough.
Lasell goalie Cameron McDonough had a good day in the net as he had seven total saves. The Lasers end up dropping the match with a final score of 1-0.
Up Next - Lasers are back home Tuesday afternoon to face Emmanuel on Taylor Field.
