Newton, MA - The Lasers hosted the Norwich Cadets in a GNAC matchup this afternoon, moving up 5-0 in conference play while handing the Cadets their first conference loss of the season. 

The Lasers opened up scoring just three minutes into the first quarter, with an unassisted goal from Will McCarthy. Adam Haytayan fired one in a minute later giving Lasell a 2 goal lead. The rest of the quarter would remain scoreless, Lasell up 2-0 at the start of the second. 

Mathew Carbone took the ball right off the first faceoff of the quarter, down to the net, and nailed it in to put Lasell up 3-0. Norwich answered with two goals of their own, their first of the match to bring the score to 3-2. The Lasers responded with four goals back to back, a pair of which came from Landon Reyes. Reyes would score one last time in the quarter, collecting a hat trick. 

Norwich scored the only goal of the third quarter five minutes in, unassisted. 

Lasell outscored Norwich 2-1 in the fourth quarter, collecting the win. Michael Catalano had 17 saves for the Lasers.
