  • Softball Rallies to Earn Split With Emmanuel
    April 18, 2015
    BOSTON, Mass. – Emmanuel College split with Lasell College under sunny skies on Roberto Clemente Field in Saturday’s Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) softball double-header. The Saints took game one in shutout fashion, 1-0, but dropped game two, 4-3, in eight innings. With the split, Emmanuel wraps up the regular season at 17-15 overall and 12-10 in GNAC play. Lasell ends the year at 9-25 and 6-16 in the league.

(4/17/15) – The Lasell College softball team dropped a 5-3 decision to the University of Saint Joseph’s (Conn.) in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) matchup Friday evening at Taylor Field. The loss drops the Lasers to 8-24 overall and 5-15 in the GNAC, while the Blue Jays improve to 15-13 this spring and 11-7 in conference play.

The Lasers took game one, 11-7, over Knox College, but fell 5-1 in the second game of the day versus SUNY-Brockport. With the spilt, Lasell fell to 3-5 this season, while Knox dropped to 0-4, and Brockport evened its record at 5-5.

  • Rich Paulhus Named Head Softball Coach

    NEWTON, Mass. (12/04/14) – Lasell College Director of Athletics, Kristy Walter is pleased to announce the hire of Rich Paulhus as the head softball coach. Paulhus joins the Lasers after serving 12 years as the head softball coach at Framingham State University.
