Wenham, MA- Day two of the Gordon College Invitational had the Lasers facing off against Neumann. Lasell won with a clean sweep, climbing to 2-0 on the season. 

The two teams were neck and neck for the first half of set one. Three errors in a row for Neumann gave the Lasers a 10-7 lead and they never looked back. Lasell took set one with a convincing 25-16 score. 

The second set went similarly, with Lasell snagging a 25-18 win to go up 2-0 on the match. Neumann put up a fight in the third, forcing Lasell to up the ante. Lasell had a 24-14 lead, when Neumann scored 10 straight points and evened out the score. Lasell took the final two points and won with a final score of 26-24. 

Tori Scambray lead the Lasers offense with seven kills, followed by Morgan Bogli with six. Sydney Katz recorded 12 assists while Madeline Caro put up 15 digs on the match. 

Up Next: The Lasers will faceoff in their final matchup of the weekend later this afternoon against the Engineers of MIT.
