Newton, MA - The Lasell Women's Volleyball team continued to show that they are among the best in the GNAC, defeating Emmanuel 3-1 on Wednesday by a score of 25-23, 25-15, 26-28, 25-21. The Lasers are now 17-1 on the season and 8-0 in GNAC play, while the Saints are 12-5 and 7-2. The Lasers have now won 15 straight matches, already a program record. They stand just three wins behind the all time school record by any program, 18 by the 2016 Women's Soccer team.

As has been the case all season, the offense ran through Sydney Katz, as she picked up 29 set assists. She spread them out to a variety of different teammates, as three different Lasers had at least eight kills in McKenna McCool (13), Juliana Medini (10), and Morgan Bogli (8). Defensively, Camila Lopez and Maddie Caro led the way with nine digs each, just ahead of Isabelle Borowinski who had seven. Medini was also a menace at the net, totalling six blocks.

Up Next - The Lasers will host Westfield State on Saturday at 1pm. The Lasers defeated the Owls earlier in the season in four sets.
