Newton, Mass. - The New England Women's Volleyball Association announced all-region teams earlier this month as Sophomore Outside Hitter McKenna McCool was named to the third team.
The Loomis, California native produced 310 kills, 2.95 kills per set, and 92 service aces on the year (fourth most in a single-season in the programs history). Her contributions to the Lasers were very key to the program having quite a successful season as they were the #3 seed in the GNAC Playoffs. Despite having their season cut short in the Semifinals, the Lasers finished 19-14 overall and landed a 10-3 conference record.
McCool is currently 4th all time in service aces with 163 and is currently 7th all time with a kills per set average of 2.60 along with being 9th all time with a attack percentage of .202.
