Paxton, MA - The Lasell Lasers Women's Soccer team bounced back against the Anna Maria AMCATS with a 5-0 win on Saturday. The Lasers moved to 10-5-2 overall and 9-3-2 in GNAC play. The AMCATS are now 0-14-2 and 0-13.

The Lasers opened scoring in the second minute, when Bobbi O'Guin scored. Evelyn DiFiore doubled the lead in the 13th minute. Just 90 seconds later, Michelina D'Agostino made it 3-0. DiFiore and O'Guin each added another goal later in the first half, making it 5-0 before halftime.

The Lasers continued to pepper the AMCATS with shots in the second half, but were unable to add to the lead, and won 5-0. The Lasers outshot the AMCATS 29-3, and had all seven corner kicks in the game.

With the two goals, O'Guin tied Jessica Taylor '12 with 24 career goals for ninth all time in program history.

Lataya Simmons made two saves in the win.
