NEWTON, MA—Kaley Kiss (Meriden, CT) has been named Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) women's soccer Rookie of the Week.

Kiss was selected after a five-point breakout performance against Anna Maria on Saturday.  The freshman defender scored once in the first half of play and then provided back-to-back-to-back assists on the Lasers first three goals of the second period.

Kiss has nine season points so far, having scored three goals and distributed three assists this year.  The Lasers are currently 11-2 this season, as well as 10-0 in GNAC play, with an active 11 game winning streak in place.
