BOSTON, MA- Ashley Slattery (Weymouth, MA) netted four goals and added one assist for Lasell as the women's lacrosse team improved upon a five game winning streak this Saturday with a 14-11 win over Simmons College.
Slattery's five points was a team-best performance while Tina Canavan (Stonington, CT) and Britney Wuorio (Bolton, MA) added four points each, on two goals and two assists. Rebecca Stanton (Agawam, MA) also recorded two goals in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) win which put Lasell at 7-4 overall and 4-1 in the league.
Chelsea Caren (Redding, CT), Erin Gertonson (Bayport, NY), Neila Kudla (Groton, MA), and Kelsey Conroy (Marshfield, MA) additionally notched one goal apiece.
Kristin Coderre (Monson, MA) picked up her fifth consecutive win with nine saves in net.
The Lasers return home this week to face off against Emerson College in conference play on Wednesday, April 13th at 4:00 p.m. on Grellier Field.
