The Lasers would chip away in the third, as they would open the half on an 8-1 run to tie things up. But CSC then went on a 10-1 lead to take control back. A mini run by the Lasers would close the quarter, and the game was 35-30 heading into the final period.

The fourth quarter was controlled by the Chargers early, as they went on a 13-0 run over the first four minutes, taking an 18-point lead. But a 16-2 run over the next four minutes brough Lasell right back in it, as they trailed 52-48 with two minutes remaining. After the Chargers made one of two free throws, the Lasers had a chance to tie it, but turned the ball over. The Chargers would once again only make one of two free throws, giving the Lasers one last chance trailing 58-55 with 20 seconds left. But a Brenna Graber three pointer was blocked, and the Chargers would go on to win 60-56.

The Lasers had nine different players score, but were led by Juju Nealy's 14 points. Behind her was Jasmine DePina (9), Brenna Graber (8), and Shirle Major (7).  Laura Johnson led the team with nine rebounds. Nealy also had seven steals.
