NEWTON, MA- Lasell dominated in a 7-2 conference victory over Anna Maria Wednesday night on Grellier Field.

The Lasers set the tone early with a goal in the first two minutes of the game by freshman Alice Rourke. Less than a minute later, a Halleen Seguin goal assisted by Alyson Barnes would give the Lasers an early two-goal lead. The first quarter saw two more Laser goals before the AMCATS answered, scoring with just over two minutes left in the quarter.

Lasell's scoring slowed down in the second quarter, putting one more point on the board while allowing another Anna Maria goal for a 5-2 score heading into the second half.

The Lasers continued to dominate in the second half, scoring two more goals from Jacquelyn Scopa and Mara Boldy, allowing only one shot from the AMCATS.

Lasell outshot the AMCATS 33-5, earning 18 offensive penalty corners and allowing two defensive penalty corners.
