Boston, MA - The Lasell Lasers Men's Soccer team defeated the Emmanuel Saints by a final score of 1-0 on Saturday, moving to 2-1 on the season and 2-0 in GNAC play. The Saints are now 0-2-1 and 0-1-1.

Entering the season Ryan Klopchin had one career goal. Seven minutes into the game he scored his third goal in two games, putting the Lasers up 1-0 early. That was how things would stay the rest of the way, with the Lasers winning 1-0.

In a game that Emmanuel controlled the majority of the game, the Lasers defense was tremendous. Despite being outshot 18-8, the Lasers let up no goals. Goalie Antonio Centracchio was strong in net, making 11 saves for the shutout.
