Lasell College Head Mens Soccer Coach Giovanni Pacini has concluded production of a video instructional series on soccer goalkeeping. The series was shot and produced by award winning Play Sports TV, a sports video instructional production company based in New Jersey. Coach Pacini will be featured instructing both coaches and players on the important aspects of playing goalkeeper.
“As we all know, the goalkeeper is arguably the most important position on the soccer field. The goalkeeper can make or break a game!” states Pacini. “For me, to have the opportunity to broaden my educational reach through Play Sports TV was an easy decision given the quality and professionalism of their work. I’m looking forward to the release of these videos.”
Giovanni Pacini will enter his 13th season this fall as head coach at Lasell College. Having begun the program in 1997, he has guided his teams to 10 winning seasons, trips to both the NCAA and ECAC championship tournaments, regional Top 10 rankings, as well as winning conference championships. He is an NSCAA Master Coach, serves on the NSCAA National Goalkeeper Academy staff, chairs the prestigious NSCAA Technical Committee, and is the State Technical Coordinator for both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Pacini also owns and operates Make The Save Goalkeeper Training and Direct Kick Field Player Academy.
