NEWTON, Mass. (10/31/13) - The Lasell College field hockey team will travel to St. Joseph's College of Maine on Saturday November 2nd at 2:00 p.m. in the North Atlantic Conference quarterfinals. The Lasers finished the regular season with a 10-9 record and a 4-5 record in NAC contests. The 10 wins is the second best total in the history of the program, as Lasell qualified for the NAC tournament for the third consecutive season.

Lasell defeated St. Joe's of Maine in their earlier meeting this year, using goals from Samantha Smithers and Cristina Wilson, two assists from Ashley Gleason and nine saves from Taylor Sheehan. The Lasers held on for a 2-1 win over the Monks despite being outshot 16-3 in the contest.
