Jillian Tobin starts her first year with the Lasers in the ‘23-‘24 season as goalkeeping coach. She comes in with two decades of play and goalkeeping coaching experience. Tobin played two years at Merrimack College after a solid high school career. Starting coaching in high school opened the door for an immediate switch from player to coach. Tobin has both her USA field hockey level 2 certification and NFHS level 2 certification. In addition she is a goalkeeping coach for Nexus and does specialized private goalkeeping trainings. Tobin hold various other certificates in strength and conditioning, athlete communication, social media, coaching fundamentals, and injury & illness prevention. Jillian Tobin and her father Rick Tobin own and operate a developmental club program where they have assisted many athletes in their pursuit of continuing their athletic career at the collegiate level.
