Lasell University requires that all spectators attending volleyball matches in the Athletic Center be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus or show proof of a negative COVID-19 test administered within 24 hours prior to arriving for the match.

All volleyball spectators must fill out this Registration Form prior to their arrival on campus. 

Please bring proof of vaccination or a negative test with you when you arrive for the match and be prepared to show it to Public Safety or Event Staff on request.

All spectators, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask at all times while in the Athletic Center. No food or drink will be permitted in the gym.
