Springfield, MA - The Lasell Women's Track and Field team opened their season at the Springfield College Season Opener on Saturday. As a team they finished in 6th place with 20 points.

The highlights were Sinclair Samuels, who placed 7th in the shotput with a mark of 10.22m, which was good for a new indoor personal best.

Sarah Milne placed 10th in the 400m with a time of 1:11.21, and 8th in the long jump with a distance of 3.94m.

The 4x400 team of Hanna Babek, Milne, and Emily Varga finished in 7th with a time of 4:53.36.
