WINTHROP, Mass. - After making 11 saves and backstopping the Lasell University women's lacrosse team to a 14-10 victory over Regis Tuesday at Grellier Field, senior goalie Devin Zambruno was named Great Northeast Athletic Conference Goalkeeper of the Week Monday.

This honor marks the first GNAC weekly award of Zambruno's careeer. She has won four games this season for the Lasers (4-6, 3-4 GNAC), tallying double-digit save totals in 9-of-10 games.

The Plympton, Massachusetts, native set a program record with 26 saves at Dean on April 2. She also recorded 24 stops during a season-opening game against visiting Colby-Sawyer on March 2.

The Lasers will compete against GNAC-rival Johnson & Wales Tuesday at 7 p.m. in Providence, Rhode Island.
