2009: Selected as GNAC Runner of the Week on September 8th for running a 29:55 and placing 4th overall at the President's Cup 2009 Dual Meet... 2008: Lambert was the first Laser to cross the finish line at the NCAA Regional in 2008, finishing at 30:10.7. He finished 2nd for Lasell and19th overall at the GNAC Championships. Lambert's run of 29:13 set his personal best time at the Saints Invitational, where he completed the race in 25th place.
