Amanda Driscoll (Roslindale, MA) has been named Rookie of the Week in the GNAC this week after her first collegiate race in the Roger Williams Invitational.

Driscoll (right) finished 34th overall in the combined men's & women's race at Roger Williams University on Saturday, August 30th, with a time of 23:50. She was the second woman on the Lasell women's cross country team to finish the race, behind senior Kayla McKenna (Warwick, RI), and 15th in the women's race overall. This is the first time Driscoll has been honored as Rookie of the Week by the GNAC.

The Lasell cross country team competes again on Saturday, September 13th at the Smith College Invitational, in North Hampton.
