MTrack: Ambroise Sets Two PRs at Suffolk Invitational

Boston, MA - The Lasell Men's Track and Field team competed at the Suffolk Ice Breaker Invitational on Saturday.  It was their third competition of the season.

One of the stars of the day for the Lasers was Kadeem Ambroise. The junior set Prs in both the 60m Hurdles (10.75s) and the 400m (54.50s).

Also having a good day was Zach Kirsch. He posted a mark of 5.09m in the Long Jump, and 12.19m in the Triple Jump. His mark in the triple jump was good for third place in the event.

Freshman Jordan Woodley had his best outing as a Laser, placing seventh in the 60m Hurdles with a time of 10.68s. He followed that up with a PR in the 400m with a time of 59.04s. He finished his day off by running the first leg of the Mixed 4x400m Relay. The Lasers finished that race with a time of 4:42.75, which sets a new school record. The other man on that relay team was Nicholas Fernandes.

Up Next - The Lasers will next compete at the Massasoit Classic being held at the Springfield College Field House on Saturday, January 21st.
