Newton, Mass. (12/21/12) – The Lasell College campus community is mourning the loss of senior men's basketball player Sean Bertanza. Sean passed away peacefully on Wednesday December 20th at his home in Seymour, Connecticut.
Sean left his mark on the Newton campus with his exploits on the basketball court, but will be remembered even more fondly for his role as a loyal and caring individual to everyone he came into contact with in the campus community.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday December 23rd from 2-5 p.m. at the Riverview Funeral Home in Shelton, with funeral mass and burial to be held on Monday December 24th.
