The Lasell University field hockey team continues to get the job done in the classroom, as 12 Lasers were named to the 2021 National Field Hockey Coaches Association Division III National Academic team Thursday.

This awards honors collegiate student-athletes who achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.30 or higher through the first semester of the current academic year and were nominated by their NFHCA member coach. 

The 12 Lasers on the list are Kaitlin Bedell, Sheridan Blaha, Sage Dodier, Kaitlyn Duarte, Kaylie Gonya, Paige Jette, McKensie Lennon, Grace Marc-Aurele, Mya Maxim, Lisa Ortiz, Sofia Rodriguez and Johanna Snyder.
