Aug 17th: 8am – 5pm, $100 lunch included
The men's and women's Cross Country & Track and Field are hosting a speed clinic open to elementary/middle schoolers in grades 3-7. Open to any and all athletes who want to improve their acceleration and top speed for their sport!
Aug 18th: 8am – 5pm, $200 lunch included
