Current Town/City  Natick, Mass.

Why did you decide to attend Lasell? I decided to attend Lasell because I love the idea of being close to the city of Boston, small class sizes, and competing on the collegiate level. I also love the idea of being part of a close knit community.

Current Occupation/Job Title Founder/Part Owner of The Hoops Lab (Basketball Training Facility); Director of Middlesex Magic Girls (AAU); Assistant Girls Varsity Coach Wellesley High School

Tell us about your job. What do you like most about your current role? I currently hold many different roles. I created a state of the art basketball training facility in Holliston Massachusetts. We focus on skill development of amateur athletes. I’m also the Director of the Girls program of a very well respected AAU organization (Middlesex Magic). I oversee and manage the girls program. The thing I like the most about my role is the ability to make a positive impact in each athlete’s life. There’s no better feeling than, helping a kid reach their goals on and off the court.

How did your experience at Lasell help prepare you for what you are doing today? My experience at Lasell helped me understand the importance of networking. Learning how to interact with people of different backgrounds, beliefs, and religions.

What advice/insight do you have for Lasell alumni and current student-athletes interested in your career field? Network! Network! Network! I can’t stress enough how important making connections with as many classmates as possible because you never know what can come of each relationship. Many situations in life come down to who you know

Looking back on your time as a Lasell student-athlete, what is one of your favorite memories? My most memorable moment at Lasell was winning the semifinal game of the GNAC tournament in the Laser Dome! The atmosphere for that game was unbelievable!

Have you attended Lasell Friends, Family and Alumni Weekend? If so, tell us about your experience returning to campus. I’ve attended Alumni Weekend for several years. Each year I have a blast watching games, attending events. Most importantly catching up with my fellow graduates. Reminiscing on old times and finding out about their experiences post Lasell.
