The women's cross country team competed at the Keene State Invitational today. All six of the women set PRs on the fast course in New Hampshire. The remaining women finishing today included Emily Varga with a time of 25:38.61, Hanna Babek with a time of 25:40.41, Adrianna Tassone with a time of 25:50.08 and Savannah Teixeira with a time of 35:02.33
Head Coach Ben Biello said, "The Lasers ran hard today on a fast course and almost everyone set an awesome PR. I especially loved seeing our three women, Hanna, Emily and Adrianna, stick together throughout the whole race and use each other to each PR. I was very happy to see the performances they walked away with – they put in the hard work all week. I could not be prouder of this team!"
Next up, the team will travel to Westfield State on October 8th to compete in the James Early Invite.
