WEST HARTFORD, Conn. (10/4/14) – The Lasell College women's cross country team competed at the University of St. Joseph's Invitational on Saturday afternoon, running against the host Blue Jays, Suffolk and Bay Path College.

Jamie Russo placed fourth in the race, posting a time of 23:19 for the 5K course. Elizabeth Bennett was second for Lasell and 13^th overall in a time of 26:47.55 followed by teammate Briana Wrubleski who recorded a time of 27:15 and took 14^th place. Shannon Hart took 18^th place and Emily Kochanek was 23^rd with times of 29:13 and 31:28 respectively.

Lasell will run at Emmanuel College on Friday October 17^th followed by a two-week layoff before the GNAC Championship meet on November 1^st.
