No. 10 JWU Ends Lasers' Playoff RunNovember 02, 2017PROVIDENCE, RI – The Lasell women’s volleyball team fell to the nationally ranked Wildcats of Johnson & Wales in straight sets in the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) semifinal match Thursday evening. The top-seeded Wildcats won by set scores of 25-11, 25-13, and 25-10, and move on to their fourth straight Championship match on Saturday to face Simmons College.

PREVIEW: Women's Volleyball to Host First GNAC Tournament Match Since 2007October 30, 2017NEWTON, Mass. (10/30/17) -- The Lasell College women’s volleyball will host Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) newcomer Regis College on Tuesday October 31 at 6:30 p.m. in a Quarterfinal showdown. The Quarterfinal match-up will mark the Lasers’ first home tournament game since the 2007 season.

Tiezzi Reaches 1,000 Digs in Five Set Drawback to Bridgewater StateOctober 24, 2017Senior setter Taylor Tiezzi (Meriden, Conn.) became just the third Lasell women’s volleyball player to reach the 1,000 digs, 2,000 assists combination in a five-set thriller Tuesday evening at the Tinsley Center. Tiezzi hit the 2,000 assists plateau during the first game of the season, played in San Juan, P.R., and added 14 digs this evening to reach the career milestone.

Lasers Climb GNAC Standings with Tri Match SweepOctober 21, 2017BOSTON, Mass. (10/21/17) - The Lasell women’s volleyball team swept a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) tri-match on Saturday afternoon with Regis and Emmanuel on the Andy Yosinoff Court. The Lasers earned a 3-1 victory against the Pride before downing the host Saints in five sets, and improve to 12-17 overall and soar above .500 against league opponents at 6-4.

Tiezzi Hits 2,000 Career Assists; Women's Volleyball Goes 1-3 in San JuanSeptember 02, 2017The Lasell women’s volleyball team is heading back to Boston after a 1-3 showing at the Puerto Rico Classic in San Juan, P.R. Lasell earned a tremendous five-set victory against Wesley College by set scores of 25-19, 20-25, 25-21, 22-25 and 15-12, and fell to Dickinson, Ramapo, and Bridgewater (Va.) in straight sets.
