WSOC: Second-Half Explosion Lifts Lasers to 4–0 Win Over Elms College

Waltham, MA- The Lasell women's soccer team delivered a commanding second-half performance on Wednesday afternoon, earning a 4–0 victory over Elms College in GNAC conference play.

Both teams battled evenly through the first 45 minutes, with goalkeeper Elizabeth DaSilva making several key saves to keep the match scoreless heading into halftime.

The Lasers wasted no time after the break. Just seconds into the second half, Ayla Hathaway connected with Camdyn LaMarre, who buried the opening goal to give Lasell the lead. Five minutes later, Mia Pineault doubled the advantage, slipping one past the Blazers' keeper off a smart feed from Brooke Bell. Lasell's momentum continued as Kendall Sniper found Hathaway in the 65th minute for the team's third goal of the afternoon. To cap off the win, Destani Alua-Rioux set up LaMarre for her second of the game in the 72nd minute, sealing the decisive 4–0 victory.

The Lasers' defense held firm throughout, earning another clean sheet and showcasing a complete team effort on both sides of the ball.
