NEWTON, Mass. (9/27/16) – Senior Meg Cullen (Amesbury, Mass.) was named Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) women's soccer player of the week, as announced by the league office on Monday morning.

Cullen added a trio of goals in a 2-0 week for the Lasers to help Lasell advance to 4-2-1 and 2-0-1 in conference play. In a non-conference tilt at Wellesley, Cullen netted her first and second goals of the season, before notching her third in a 4-0 conference victory vs. Suffolk. Two of Cullen's three goals of the week were game winners.

Cullen and the women's soccer squad will return to the pitch on Wednesday, September 28 when they host Albertus Magnus at 4:00 p.m.
