NEWTON, Mass. (10/26/15) – Freshman Sabrina Morais (Arlington, Mass.) has been tabbed this week's Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Corvias women's soccer rookie of the week as announced by the conference office Monday Afternoon.

Morais tallied three goals and one assist in a 2-0 week for the Lasers, and receives her first GNAC accolade in a Lasell uniform. The Arlington, Mass. native scored the first goal in a 2-0 victory over Mount Ida – a header goal at that – before netting two goals and an assist in a 4-1 win at Rivier. Morais racked up five total points for the week, and now has 11 points overall.
