NEWTON, Mass. (10/5/15) –  Lasell women's soccer sophomore Sarah LaClair (Belchertown, Mass.) has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) Corvias goalkeeper of the week, as announced by the conference office on Monday afternoon.

LaClair backed up the Lasers to a 1-0-1 finish this week, allowing zero goals in an 11-2 defeat against Norwich before registering a career-high 11 saves in a 1-1 draw at Johnson and Wales. In GNAC action at JWU, LaClair kept the Lasers out of trouble with four saves in the first overtime period alone to retain a first place spot in the conference for Lasell.

LaClair leads the GNAC in goals against with eight and ranks third among conference stat leaders in save percentage at .843.
