Newton, Mass. - A pair of Lasell College women's soccer players were honored by the Great Northeast Athletic Conference for their early season play and helping their side get off to a 3-1 start on the year.

Sophomore Bridget Lynch (Dover, N.H.) was named the GNAC Player of the Week after scoring seven goals in the Lasers first four games. Lynch has scored in all four of the Lasell games thus far, including netting a hat-trick in Lasell's victory in their GNAC opener.

Freshmen Kelsey Evje (Cranston, R.I.) had a stellar start to her collegiate career, scoring twice in the Lasers season opening win against Becker College and then adding four more goals to help Lasell defeat anna Maria in their GNAC opener.
