Quadri joined the Lasell women's basketball staff in the 16-17 season. A 2015 graduate of Suffolk University, Quadri was a standout guard for the Rams, scoring 1,124 points, twice earning All-Conference honors, and serving as a team captain in her final two seasons. Quadri played in 112 total contests as a Ram, starting in 110 of them.
Quadri began working in coaching while still in college, working with a pair of AAU organizations to prepare herself to make the transition to the college coaching level.
Head coach Todd Montana is looking forward to working with Quadri, saying, “I think Iliana will be an excellent addition to our program, and I am excited to have her on board. She was an exceptional player at Suffolk, and her basketball I.Q. is very high.”
Quadri will be active in all facets of the program including recruiting, scouting, practice and game preparation.
