BIDDEFORD, Maine (9/13/14) - The Lasell College men's cross country team continued their season on Saturday afternoon, running in a 15 team field at the University of New England and taking 10th overall.

Freshmen Nicholas Garifolas led the men's team, placing 30th overall with a time of 28:36 for the 8K course. Senior Kyle Northrop posted his strongest race of the season with a 43rd place finish and a time of 29:13. Jeremy Shriber was the third Laser across the line and the third runner to go sub-30 minutes with his time of 29:57 which was good for 54th place. Troy Gonsalves took fourth for Lasell and 60th overall finishing with a time of 30:39, followed by Tyler Cohen, Leo Saporta and Tyler Schwabe who placed 71st, 77th and 80th respectively.

Lasell will be off next week ahead of a September 27th meet at Elms College in Chicopee, Mass.
