WILLIAMSTOWN, Mass. – Sprinter Ben Lane (Rutland, Vt.) rounded out his collegiate career with a solid performance in the 200 meter dash at the Division III New England Championships Saturday at Williams College.

Lane, the school record holder in the event, had a seed time of 22.74 seconds and placed 29th overall with a time of 22.99 seconds. Lane was also 25th in the 100 meters on Friday with a time of 11.43 seconds.

Lane was making his second appearance at the New Englands. He previously competed in the 200 in 2017, placing 12th overall with a school-record time of 22.21.
