NEWTON, Mass. (03/25/15) – Junior attack Casey Sullivan (Quaker Hill, Conn.) captured his 100th point last night in a Great Northeast Athletic Conference (GNAC) contest with Emmanuel College at Roberto Clemente Field.
Sullivan secured his milestone with 4:07 left in the first quarter with an unassisted goal to get the Lasers on the scoreboard. With 3:24 to go in the third, Sullivan fired a shot past the Saints' goalie to boost his career point total to 101.
The Quaker Hill, Conn. continues to improve his point total each year, progressing from 29 points to 56 points during his freshman and sophomore year, respectively.
To date, Sullivan has nine goals and seven assists to contribute to a point total of 16, with an additional 12 ground balls and two caused turnovers. Sullivan currently holds a 56.7% shots on goal percentage, scoring nine of 17 shots taken on net.
