Lasell College sophomore men's lacrosse player Andy Puopolo has been named the Great Northeast Athletic Conference Player of the Week for his performance in a trio of games last week. 

Puopolo led the Lasell attack with 15 points on 13 goals and two assists while helping Lasell to a 2-1 record on the week. He scored four goals in a GNAC victory over Anna Maria. The sophomore went on to score seven times while adding a pair of helpers in the Lasers victory over Emerson. The attackman also contributed with 6 groundballs and had an impressive 48.1 shot percentage for the week.

Puopolo currently lead the Lasers in points with 51, is tied with Robbie Palazzo for the team lead in goals at 35 and leads the squad in assists with 16.
