After setting a program record for victories in a season during the 2012 campaign, six members of the men's lacrosse program were honored by the Great Northeast Athletic Conference for their play this season.

Junior Dylan Gray (Bayport, N.Y.) earned first team honors and was selected as the conference's Offensive Player of the Year. Gray led the GNAC in goals with 42, and was second in assists tallying 29. He broke a pair of school records this season, setting the single game record for goals in a game with 10, and points in a game with 12 in Lasell GNAC quarterfinal victory over Rivier.

Freshman defenseman Eric Marcantonio (Lexington, Mass.) was also named to the All-GNAC first team for his outstanding play this season. Marcantonio helped key a defense that held opponents to 6.26 goals per game on the season and a paltry 4.47 goals per game in GNAC contests.

The Lasers placed four players on the GNAC 2nd team, led by senior Adam Foss (Billerica, Mass.). Foss was selected as a mid-fielder and also named as the short-stick/face-off specialist on the second team. Foss finished the year with 15 goals and 10 assists, but he made an even greater impact doing the dirty work. Foss led the GNAC in groundballs on the season, scooping up 126, and his 7.88 groundballs per game was the 15th best mark in the country. His .675 face-off win percentage was the eighth best in the nation.

Senior Patrick Bresnahan (Manchester, N.H.) was also named a second team midfielder by the GNAC coaches. He finished the season with 17 goals and 39 groundballs, the third highest totals in both categories for the Lasers this season. 

Junior Atticus Robert (Deerfield, N.H.) was named to the second team as the long stick specialist after an outstanding season. He broke a pair of records during the 2012 campaign, setting a single season record with 21 caused turnovers, and becoming the new career leader in caused turnovers with 31. He collected 67 groundballs, the second highest total on the team.

Junior goalkeeper Don Berube (Tewksbury, Mass.) was also named to the All-GNAC second team. Berube started 16 games in goal for the Lasers, allowing 6.73 goals against on the season. His 4.34 goals against average in conference play was the best mark in the league. Berube also set a new single season Lasell record for save percentage, stopping 61% of the shots he faced on goal.

Junior attackman Jake LaMorte (Walpole, Mass.) was named to the GNAC sportsmanship team
