NEWTON, Mass. --  The Lasell College men's basketball team fell to No. 21 Amherst College 89-62 Saturday afternoon at the Athletic Center.  The men close out the semester at 2-7 and Amherst improves to 6-1 on the year.

Amherst jumped out to an early lead, going on a 10-0 in the first  2:39.
